Guys i need help!

Hello everybody,my name is Gabriel,im from Romania and i have a fzr 1000 1993 3LE model from germany.Ive hit a dead end with my bike.Im going crazy.Engine was rebuild by me,rings,bearings everything.it has 13,5 bars compresion on each cylinder.The thing is it doesnt rev past 8000 rpm,poping in the exhaust,black smoke.If i give it quick throttle it doesnt go past 3000 rpm.Carburetors are rebuilded with keyster kit,new membranes,needles,emulsion tubes,o-rings.jets are stock 37,5 pilot,125 and 122,5 main jets.everything was changed.Lowering or raising the needles doesnt change the way it acts,lowering the fuel level in the chamber doesnt do anything.Spark plugs still black.Engine runs like a clock on idle but i can smell the richness in the gases even if the pilot screw is only 1 turn out!!!!i cand put it to half a turn put and the engine is still running...thats crazy...i have changed the cdi ,was 3LF ive changed it to 3GM.ive changed the ignition coils,spark plugs caps,leads,pick up coil from crankshaft,nothing....ive used 100 and 114 main jets on carbs..nothing...still the same...it start quick..but doesnt want to rev...its running rich cause spark plugs are black....exup valve is working...new cables...doesnt seize....ive inspected the timing a second time...The T from crankshaft aligns with the punching marks on the camshafts and cam caps.Valves have clearance.Does anyone on this earth have any ideea what is going on with this engine???its driving me crazy for months!!thank you
