Build a Daily Aim Training Routine That Actually Works

If you're serious about improving your aim in bo6 bot lobby service, you need a warm-up routine. Think of it like the gym — you wouldn't hit a heavy lift without warming up, right? Same goes for your thumbs (or mouse hand).
Here’s a basic but effective 20-minute daily aim training routine I’ve been running that’s already made a difference:

1. Bot Warm-Up (10 Minutes)
Set up a custom game with bots on Recruit or Regular. Use your favorite weapon. Focus on headshots, flicks, and tracking — not movement. Stay still or strafe slowly. You want to isolate your aim. Practice short bursts or single shots for accuracy.

2. Aim Trainer (5 Minutes)
If you’re on PC, use Aim Lab or Kovaak’s. Focus on micro-adjustment, click timing, and tracking. Don’t grind scores — focus on form. If you're on console, practice on smaller targets or in the firing range with reactive targets.

3. Live Match Start (5 Minutes)
Hop into a quick match after warm-up. You'll notice how snappy your aim feels right away. You’re entering with warmed-up hands and sharpened reflexes — this is how pros prep.

This isn’t just about better stats. A routine builds consistency. That means fewer missed shots in clutch moments. No more blaming lag or “I just woke up.”
Stick to this for a week and compare your accuracy stats. You’ll notice the jump.
Anyone else running a routine that works? Drop your regimen below — let’s build a master list for the BO6 community.
